I strongly believe it’s important for parents and caregivers to understand why exactly our children have meltdowns and tantrums .
Knowing and understanding the developmental reasons for why our children have these emotional outbursts can really help us, adults, respond to them with more compassion and empathy and keep us focused on helping them rather than stopping them.
